    Introduction

    Interaction Data: a functional screening of interactions

    • Reaction of Plants to Bacterial Effectors
    • Argobacterium-mediated transient expression was used to assay the ability of different genotypes of dicotyledonous species to recognize individually cloned bacterial effector genes. Recognition was scored both 2-3 days and 4-5 days post inoculation. By selecting a pathogen(s) and host species one can visualize a matrix of the results with the plant genotype information across the top and the bacterial effectors down the left hand side. Results are color coded according to the legend; values can be visualized as well as color by selecting "select to show numbers". Clicking on a specific data point in the matrix will bring up a box with additional information about the specific combination.
